We offer revisions based on the package you have purchased. Complimentary revisions are available as long as the requested changes remain within the original project scope and concept. Requests involving new ideas, additional features, or significant changes may be treated as a new project and could incur additional charges.
The standard turnaround time for revision requests is 48 hours.
Certain packages include unlimited revisions. However, to ensure fair usage for all clients, unlimited revisions are limited to 30 revision requests per project. Any revision requests exceeding this limit may be subject to additional fees.
Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee
Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our clients and WestBow Publishers. The following terms apply to all refund and cancellation requests unless the agreement is terminated by Westbow Publishers due to reasons unrelated to the client’s actions or breach of contract.
Projects that remain inactive for more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for refunds. If work resumes after this period, reactivation fees may apply.
Refunds cannot be requested or processed once the final deliverables have been completed, delivered, and accepted by the client.
To be considered, refund requests must include a legitimate reason based on the original project requirements and revision history. If the requested concerns can reasonably be resolved through revisions, we reserve the right to provide additional revisions before approving a refund.
Clients are expected to engage with Westbow Publishers in good faith. Orders placed simultaneously with multiple service providers for the same project solely to compare work or seek refunds may result in the rejection of refund requests.
Successful project completion depends on timely communication and active client involvement. Clients are responsible for providing feedback, approvals, and revision requests within a reasonable timeframe to ensure smooth project progress.
We are committed to delivering original, high-quality creative work. Any unintended resemblance to existing materials is purely coincidental. Clients are solely responsible for securing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property protections where applicable.
Certain services become non-refundable once work has commenced or key milestones have been completed.

If a refund is approved and processed, all intellectual property rights, ownership, and usage rights related to the project automatically revert to Westbow Publishers.
